Campground, Seasonal and Golf cart Rules
VISITORS: Registered Campers are responsible for their guests' conduct and adherence to campground rules. Day visitors staying longer than 4 hours and overnighters must pay a fee. Day visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 pm.
REGISTRATION: Please register at the office and set up before dark. Please be off your site and check out by noon but you may stay in the park until 4:00 pm. If arriving late, please call and set up in the field until morning.
SPEED LIMIT: All traffic laws are applicable in the park. The speed limit is 8 kph. Please keep our children safe, as failure to comply may result in your car not being allowed in the park. Minibikes and ATVs can go from site to road only. Insured electric golf carts and wheelchair assisted vehicles are permitted.
WEAPONS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Not permitted.
ALCOHOL: This is not permitted in any public area. (by Provincial Law) For safety, cans are preferable to glass bottles
SMOKING, VAPING, AND CANNABIS: use Is permitted on your site or in designated areas only.
POOL: There is no Lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult, if not, they will be banned from the pool for the duration of their stay.
BICYCLES/GOLF CARTS: All adults and children must obey stop signs and speed limits. Any traffic entering the main road must stop. No bicycle/cart riding after dark unless the bike/golf cart is equipped with lights on the front and back.
SITES: Sites are for 2 adults and their children under 18 years of age.

QUIET TIME: 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. After 11 p.m. all outside music, radios and TV's must be turned off and indoor volume should be kept down. Excessive noise, profanity and vulgarity, at any time, will not be tolerated. Please respect the privacy of your neighbours' space. (Campers may be evicted without refund upon the discretion of management).
We ask that everyone be respectful of each other and their property. Do not use other sites as shortcuts. Please use the roads.
All children and teens must be on their site by 10 p.m. No loitering or playing in the playground after dark.
GARBAGE AND RECYCLING: Please use plastic bags only. Please tie them securely and deposit INSIDE the garbage dumpster. Please separate and place recyclable items in the appropriate barrel Plastic and Tins. There are separate containers for Glass and Paper. There are also barrels for beer cans and other returnables. Money collected is used for amenities. Thank you for recycling.
PETS: ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Pets are not permitted in the pool or storage buildings. The "Stoop and Scoop" is in effect, at all times. Please place "scoop bags" in your garbage container or inside the dumpster. Aggressive and/or noisy animals are NOT PERMITTED.
WILLFUL DAMAGE: Damage of campground equipment, buildings or trees will not be tolerated. No trees or large branches are to be removed without Management approval. Please leave our bush undisturbed.......we sell firewood.
CAMPFIRES: Are allowed in the fire ring provided at the site. No outside wood is allowed. Keep fires small and under control. Burn clean, dry wood only. Fires must be extinguished properly and safely. DO NOT cut trees for firewood. Please DO NOT burn or leave garbage in the fire ring.
SEWAGE: Please do not flush non-biodegradable items into the Bio Filter Septic System. Public water outlets are not for washing laundry or dishes. Please use Biodegradable products.
CAMPSITES: Must be left clean and fires extinguished.
CLOTHES LINES: Must be a minimum height of 6 feet.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES MAY BE CAUSE FOR EVICTION, WITHOUT REFUND. THE OPP MAY BE SUMMONED FOR ASSISTANCE IF REQUIRED.
Roebuck Campground will not be responsible for personal injury, damage or lost or stolen property.
Seasonal Rules
SEASONAL SITES: Tents are NOT permitted on Seasonal Sites with out owners permission.
VISITORS/GUESTS: Registered campers are responsible for their guests’ conduct and adherence to
campground rules. Day visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 p.m. All seasonal campers that have
guests staying overnight must advise the office and those guests must pay a fee per person per night, the fee will be waived if less than 4 hours.
SUBLET: Subletting is NOT permitted, under any circumstance.
TRAILER SALES: Trailers can be sold but the site is not to be included in the sale. Purchaser must make
arrangements with the camp office for a seasonal site.
SITE CHANGES: No changes can be made to your site without management approval. (Ex. Cutting trees,
changing grade)
HEDGES: Hedges are to be a maximum of 4 feet in height and 2 feet wide. Hedges must be within the
boundaries of your site and maintained by you.
DECKS: Are permitted with management approval and must be on your site.
SHEDS: Must conform to municipal by-laws. A maximum of 100 square feet (i.e. 10’ x 10’). Chip board is not
permitted. Wooden sheds must have management approval. All sheds are to be maintained in good
condition.
FENCES: Fences must be portable (self-standing), well maintained and the anchors are to be no more than 12
inches in the ground. Management approval required.
FRIDGES: Outside fridges are not permitted . A fridge may be kept within your shed if properly wired.
CAR WASHING: Car washing is not permitted.
TRAILER WASHING: Trailers can be washed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, preferably in the evening.
GRASS: If the management deems that the grass on your site needs to be cut, a fee of $20.00 will be charged
by management for cutting your lawn.
ALL RV’S MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LIABILITY.
Golf cart Rules
Only electric golf carts are allowed going forward.
Golf carts must be insured.
The speed limit is under 8 kph.
Brakes and lights must be working.
Lights must be on after dark.
No drinking and driving.
You must be 16 years of age to operate a golf cart.
Stop before entering the main road.

These rules are to make your stay in Roebuck Campground a quiet, safe and enjoyable one.
