Our rates are based on a group of 4 persons per site. Infants under the age of 2 are free. Additional party members are charged $8 per person.
Camping Cabins
Our first of many cabins are now available for a fee of $50 per night or $300 per week for 4 persons. Additional persons are $8 each to a total occupancy of 5. The cabin has 1 double bed and 3 single beds, water outside, bbq, chairs and an awning for shelter. Comfortable mattresses are also supplied.
Group Rates
A group of people (ie.: ball teams, sports groups, church groups, etc.) will be charged 8 dollars per person and will be directed to our group tenting area. Motorcycles are welcome, but please, no colors. A damage deposit may be required.
Seasonal and Multi-Year Plans
One to five year seasonal plans may be purchased at the current seasonal rate if payment in full is received by October 15th in the year prior to the contract start date.
All seasonal lots are metered and require a $100 deposit. Your deposit, less your electricity bill, will be refunded when you vacate. For 2008, the charge for electricity is $0.16/KWH. A "monthly service charge" does not apply.
$100 charge will be applied for late payments of seasonal plan
Subletting is not permitted under any circumstances.
All seasonal campers that have guests staying
overnight must be present and those guests must pay a fee of $8 per
person per night.
Winter Storage:
Storage is $300 from October 15th to April 15th. If you have paid a seasonal rate, there is no charge for storage.
